Dairies have always looked for new ways to encourage their customers to buy their milk and then return the bottles. 'Watch out, watch out there's a Humphrey about' was a huge advertising campaign in the 1970's. The Humphreys were red striped straws that threatened to steal your milk if you weren't careful. They were successfully resurrected again in the 1980's, 'They're back- blooming Humphreys!'.

Peak Dairies co-opted another 1970's catchphrase, from TV's 'The Generation Game', for their 'Didn't she do well!' bottle. Along with an improbably attired customer returning her empties.
